This unofficial 118-page fan supplement adapts 27 Elder Dragons to the MONSTER GUTS ruleset, along with new rewards, status conditions, and rules for incorporating these destructive creatures into a Medara Village campaign!

This fourth volume highlights iconic and deadly monsters beyond the strength of normal creatures that should be only be hunted by experienced veteran scavengers with heavily upgraded gear. Included in their ranks are new rules for especially challenging Arena Elder Dragons and Forbidden Dragons: extremely dangerous foes whom you battle in their lairs or other locations that don't allow for Bouts or Lulls, only a contest of endurance and tenacity. These enemies are a perfect threat for the end of a long-running MONSTER GUTS campaign.

Elder Dragons included in this volume:  Alatreon, Amatsu,  Chameleos, Dalamadur, Fatalis, Gaismagorm, Gogmazios,  Wind Serpent Ibushi, Kirin, Kulve Taroth, Kushala Daora, Lunastra, Malzeno, Nakarkos, Namielle, Thunder Serpent Narwa, Narwa the Allmother, Nergigante, Safi'Jiiva, Shagaru Magala, Shara Ishvalda, Teostra, Vaal Hazak, Valstrax, Velkhana, Xeno'Jiiva, and Yama Tsukami.

This adaptation, and future volumes of the Threats from Another World series, only includes monsters that have appeared in the main series of Monster Hunter video games, and will not feature any monsters that have only appeared in Monster Hunter Online, Monster Hunter Frontier, Monster Hunter Stories, or other non-main-series games in the franchise.

Threats from Another World Project Roadmap:  Next in development will be Volume Six: Hunting Beneath the Waves, which will feature underwater combat rules; the Epioth and Sharq small monsters; underwater movesets for Lagiacrus, Plesioth, and Royal Ludroth; and completely new statblocks for Gobul, Ceadeus, and Dire Miralis. Expect Volume Six in late 2024 or early 2025.
